How to use the template on site
- Set up the pour before placement. Enter project, location/element, supplier, mix reference and ordered quantity.
- Add one row per delivery. Keep the supplier ticket number as the primary delivery reference.
- Record tests when performed. Preserve result, unit and sample reference; do not invent acceptance criteria.
- Write issues as factual events. State what happened, what it related to and what action was taken.
- Reconcile before closeout. Check truck count, delivered quantity, expected tickets, tests, issues and photos.

Spreadsheet template vs. Concrete Pour Log
| Spreadsheet | Concrete Pour Log |
|---|---|
| Flexible manual rows and columns | Purpose-built project → pour → delivery workflow |
| Ticket images stored separately unless manually linked | Photos stay with their related records |
| Manual completeness check | Documentation completeness overview |
| Report assembled manually | Pro generates a structured PDF from saved entries |
The free template is useful even if you never use the app. If you want to remove the manual assembly step, that is where Concrete Pour Log fits.
